OBDII error code P02A0 indicates that the Engine Control Module (ECM) has detected an injector leak on cylinder number 2. The ECM monitors the fuel injector''s performance and detects any anomalies in the fuel injection system. When the ECM detects a leak in the fuel injector, it sets the P02A0 code and illuminates the Check Engine Light (CEL) on the dashboard.
